Nearly a year ago on April 5th, A high school football player was shot and killed at about 1:00am.

On Friday a thirteen year old girl was struck by two vehicles and rushed to the hospital where she later died.

A 38 year old man was arrested for the crime this Tuesday and put behind bars where he will remain until his trial…. he is her half brother.

Today the jury came back with a conviction decision and Rodney Alcala, killer of four Los Angeles County women and one Huntington beach teenager, faces the death penalty.
