The city of Los Angeles is now offering a reward of $50,000 for information leading to the capture of the man responsible.

Pictures have been released of the sketch done from witnesses descriptions of the killer.

Adam Culvey, the fiance of the deseased Chere Osmanhodzic, is distraught and any help or lead in the case is greatly anticipated.

“It is pretty clear to us that it was part of a larger conspiracy to target that officer, as well as other officers,” Riverside County District Attorney Rod Pacheco said at a news conference in downtown Riverside. “I’ve never seen it like this where an entire police department and, quite frankly, an entire city, were targeted.”

Authorites are calling this domestic terroism and charges the individuals as such.

The 9 year old apparently crawled inside of a closet, it is unclear whether or not the gun was in a locked case, and got a loaded gun. He and his bother were playing with it when he shot the younger boy in the upper torso.

Police arrived to find the young boy dead. They said that the complex was eerily silent. No children playing outside and no one in the community pool.

When neighbors were asked to comment they were reluctant.

“Not now,” neighbor Kenny Carillo said. “Not after what happened….I just hope all this dies out and things go back to normal. This has been hard on everyone here.”

“I couldn’t sleep last night,” said one neighbor who declined to give her name. “I have a granddaughter around that age. I pray for the parents, and for the child’s soul.”
