Allegedly Michael Lohan and his fiancé, 27 year old Kate Major, got in a fight because she didn’t answer her cell phone. The fight escalated and now the model is saying that he threatened to kill her.

“My fiance, Michael Lohan, started a verbal argument with me because I didn’t answer my cell phone when he called,” Major’s statement said. “Then he flipped the sofa chair over while I was sitting in it causing me to bump my head into the wall and my body to the floor.” Major goes on to say that he stated he would go back to jail soon due to the fact he was going to kill her.
