Los Angeles Woman Killed and Burned

This past week in Los Angeles a man left his home to go to store leaving his fiance at home, when he returned his nightmare began.

Adam Culvey came home to find a man in his home, he argued and struggled with the 20 something Latino man who ended up getting out of the house. Mr. Culvey chased him down the street and when he lost the perpetrator Adam went back to his house only to find it ablaze.

Authorities found his fiance’s burned body inside. Her cause of death is still being determined. Police do not think that Culvey is involved in the crime and are not currently looking at him as a suspect.

The man who ran from the home is described as a latin man in his twenties around 5 foot 8 inches tall.

Anyone facing charges of any kind, especially murder, should contact the law offices of Los Angeles Defense Attorney Robert Michael Helfend. He will make an aggressive defense plan in an effort to fight these charges.

‘My reputation for integrity among prosecutors and judges is extremely important. When we file a motion to suppress evidence, it is taken seriously. When we argue for a reduced charge based on legal and personal grounds, our arguments will be respected. If your case goes to court for trial, I promise that the judge and jury will clearly understand how serious we are about an acquittal of the charges.

There are many criminal law attorneys in Los Angeles. Some will promise you the world. I won’t. I will promise to work hard and work directly with you throughout your entire defense process.” – Robert Helfend
